We think that the majority of health products online are just a bunch of garbage with fancy labels trying to sell trendy items for a quick buck. We make the best products we possibly can to help humans eat like humans. We believe that animal-based nutrition is the cornerstone for proper human health. We exist to make adhering to this lifestyle easy and delicious.
We also are passionate proponents of regenerative agriculture. Regenerative agriculture is the only way we can produce food indefinitely. The vast majority of how we currently produce food is destroying our ecosystems which we depend on for survival. The more we support regenerative agriculture, the more we support a food system that can continue to feed people in the future. There is no other option.
Eating a hyper local and seasonal diet is the best way to approach nutrition, but the reality is most food is purchased in packaged form. We aim to drive a wedge into that industry by sourcing from the best farms, making the best products, and displacing those that cut corners and sell lies.
If we’re successful with Lineage Provisions, we will help transition farms from conventional to regenerative agriculture, all while nourishing the people who are supporting us to do so. And we need your help!
You’re coming into a pretty great situation. Lineage has grown incredibly quickly in our first year with almost no paid media. Our customers are obsessed with our products. And we have the power of Paul Saladino’s trust behind us. But we’ve barely scratched the surface on our mission.
As we look to scale to the next level, we need a true growth marketing expert to help us scale this rocket ship responsibly.
This is a full-stack growth role for someone who can toggle between strategy and execution, short-term wins and long-term systems. You’ll be responsible for building a rigorous, data-driven growth engine—from paid acquisition and CRO to landing pages, bundling strategy, and e-commerce experimentation.
You won’t be handed a bloated budget or a giant agency team. You will get autonomy, ownership, and the chance to work on a meaningful mission alongside a lean team of high-performers. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing, Head of Content, GM, and founders to build a profit-focused, growth flywheel that makes real food go mainstream.
We don’t want to look like every other DTC brand, and we don’t want to be overly reliant on Meta. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, test aggressively, and optimize ruthlessly across a smart mix of channels and touchpoints.
